Managers are often aware that there teams would benefit from getting to know each other or their roles better, to have opportunity to share and solve problems safely or to develop new ideas.

Often they are not the right person to lead the session as they need to be included in the session or they may need to remain neutral or may not enjoy facilitating sessions. Bringing in a skilled facilitator has many benefits.

We can be very imaginative about what the process includes to allow us to meet everyone's needs. In addition to venue based events we have been to the river, the park, space and the woods.

ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management)
