 Rachel White

Rachel White is a Member of the International Stress Managers Association and specialises in facilitating a broad spectrum of training for people who care about the services they deliver. This includes stress management and other areas leading to the reduction of stress such as assertiveness, time management, problem solving, health and safety generally, reducing violence, conflict and bullying, valuing diversity, supervision and team development.

Rachel's previous roles include Trade Union Official, Family Centre Manager, Lecturer, Staff Development Officer and Senior Health and Safety officer - this unique combination enables training to be developed at the level and angle required by participants - with theory and practicality entwined.

She has delivered training for a large number of organisations including Skills for Care East Midlands, Leicestershire County Council, Extra Care Charitable Trust, Leicestershire City Council, Buckinghamshire County Council, Leicestershire Community Projects Trust, Child Base and Leicester College.

 

Vin Prema FCIPD is an experienced generalist trainer working in the areas of Management Development, ILM programmes, Team Facilitation & Development, Problem Solving, Time Management, Meetings Skills, Appraisal, Train the Trainer and Conflict with experience of developing, designing & delivering a wide range of training courses for Councillors, Directors, Senior Managers, Team Managers and front line staff.

He has delivered programmes to organisations such as Chesterfield, Lincoln, Maccesfield, Sandwell & Wolverhampton

He was a Team Manager for the Social Care Staff Development Unit at Leicester City Council and was responsible for developing, designing & delivering staff development and training objectives relating to Management Development responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating the IIP framework to meet the required Standard. He also co-ordinated IDeA's "Get Ahead" leadership development programme for black, Asian & minority ethnic middle managers; the ILM level 3 programme for black women employees who aspire to become managers; and co-ordinated and facilitated on the BME ILM level 5 programme.

He has also been a Lecturer at various colleges designing, delivering and evaluating the CIPD's Certificate in Training Practice course & Certificate in Personnel Practice course. 

  

                                Lindsay Judge

Having spent five years managing the hugely successful Henley Enterprises operation at Henley College, Coventry, and many more years training on Management Development, Lindsay started a new training and consultancy venture in the year 2000, utilising those same skills that steered Henley Enterprises to be presented with National awards for training excellence in 1997, 1998, and 1999.

At the end of 2003 that same pinnacle was reached again when The Lindsay Judge Connection was presented with a National Award for the most innovative programme of multi-disciplinary training for its work in combining learning with “live” theatre.

As a trainer, facilitator and “life coach” with a 98% “excellent” rating from delegates who have been trained by him, Lindsay has many years experience of business and management, both in a hands-on capacity and in a training role. A pragmatic Trainer who is used to dealing with people at all levels of the business and understands that training has to show value.
